The Consortium Support Service is designed for companies that have already formed a REACH consortium to manage the operational consortium with the purpose to prepare and submit the registration dossiers in time and to organize the necessary structure for communications with relevant stakeholders.

The Consortium Support Service can be preceeded by the Consortium Formation Service. It can also be integrated with the Consortium Formation Service into one full service project. Our full service project can be relevant for companies that know exactly their substance(s) and want to actively work together in a joint submission.

Our approach

The Consortium Support Service starts with the relevant steps from a Consortium Formation Service to prepare and form the REACH Consortium under the umbrella of a Consortium Agreement (to be signed by all participating Consortium members, including late comers if appropriate).

The follow-up phases of the Consortium Support Project deal with the in house data collection and valuation, the data gap analysis within the consortium and all other steps needed to prepare and submit the registration dossier in time.

The approach includes allocation of company experts and/or external resources (e.g. contract labs to complete data gaps). Furthermore, it includes strategically planned meetings with the consortium members and with the Steering Committee that are designed to discuss and agree upon important deliverables in the process.
