Consortium Management Service
The Consortium Support Service is designed for companies that have formed a REACH consortium with the purpose to prepare and submit the registration dossiers in time and to organize the necessary structure for communications with relevant stakeholders.

The Consortium Management Service is designed for companies that have already formed a REACH consortium. The Consortium Support Service can be preceeded by the Consortium Formation Service.
Our approach
The first steps of the Consortium Management Service deal with the in-house data collection and valuation, the data gap analysis and setting up of the cost sharing system in line with the consortium agreement. Data collection, data sharing, evaluation of the data and data cost compensation can be managed with the ReachCentrum Data Management System (DMS). Data gaps can be revealed at a very early stage and the financial status regarding the data situation can be determined at any point for each consortium member.
The Consortium Manager helps the member companies organizing the technical work that needs to take place in order to complet the dossier. If necessary, he will support the consortium in allocating external resources like contract labs to complete data gaps, etc. The Consortium Manager will bridge between the consortium and the technical service provider in charge of the technical work and make sure that the planning and the budget is respected.
The ReachCentrum approach includes strategically planned meetings with the consortium members and with the Steering Committee to discuss and agree upon important deliverables in the process.
Once the registration dossier is ready for submission, ReachCentrum will assist the consortium in the communication with the SIEF members not being part of the consortium to arrange access to the dossier. During the preparation of the dossier, ReachCentrum will facilitate communication with the SIEF members via appropriate platforms such as SIEFreach.
